Send the page URL, the statement or calculation that looks wrong, and a source or small example that helps us reproduce it. If an application interface has changed, include its version and the relevant menu labels.
Please do not send passwords, verification codes, banking details, private documents, or original images containing personal information. A short, non-sensitive description is enough to start.
Suggest something useful
Tell us what you were trying to do, what device or operating system was involved, and where you got stuck. We cannot promise individual troubleshooting or a reply within a fixed time, but practical suggestions help shape the next guide.
